It is the clients responsibility to ensure that the correct chair covers style/size has been orderd  for their venue. THERE ARE NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON SO PLEASE BOOK CAREFULLY.


To book your order/services, We require 50% none refundable deposit of the total invoice. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your event. Your order is confirmed and secured only when we receive your deposit. We wont be able to put any items on hold without a deposit.

Orders are to be returned in the same packages as they were received in and ALL SASHES MUST BE UNTIED! There will be a $0.50 charge for any sash that has not been untied when we receive it. 

***There will be a charge of $20.00 for any missing or damaged chair cover and $40.00 for any missing or damaged overlay or tablecloth and $15.00 for any missing or damaged sash*** 

We require a credit card at the time of booking for security. The credit card will be on hold and you will not be charged unless there is chair covers, overlays, tablecloths or sashes missing or damaged.

Shipping information for out of town events/weddings

Shipping is available anywhere Greyhound Courier Express travels. To calculate your estimated shipping cost please use the form below and go to and follow the instructions. Please note that we ship from greyhound depot in " Maple Ridge".

Chair covers are packed 40 per box ( 24" x 16" x 16.5 " ) and weigh approx 35 lbs each.

Example: An order of 175 chair covers and sashes will be shipped in 5 boxes with the sashes in the last box.

Orders will be shipped COLLECT and will arrive at your nearest depot one day prior to your event. Please return properly packaged ( with enclosed packing materials ) to your nearest depot the day following your event.PLEASE BE SURE TO PREPAY YOUR ORDER WHEN RETURNING VIA GREYHOUND.

Orders are also available for pick up at my Maple Ridge location by family and friends attending your event/wedding. This can help keep your cost down. The order will be ready for pick up on the Friday before your event/wedding ( for a Saturday wedding/event ) at 6:30.

***Orders that have been picked up in Maple Ridge are due back on Sunday for a Sat event**

Late orders will be subject to a service charge of $50.00 per day!
